Fantastic match, under the lights on an unseasonably warm night at McCarren Park. Williamsburg frustrated Pancyprians early, making it difficult to move through the middle of the field. Papa Ndiaye scored a worldie in about the 15th minute, turning his defender in the box and sticking a left footed shot upper 90 in the opposite corner. Williamsburg's defense held strong until the final minute of the half when Pancyprian got through on the break, finishing well to even the score. Pancyprian were on the front foot to start the second half and got results in about the 65th minute, running on to a long ball and finishing well. The teams traded chances through the remainder of the half, but the game ended 2-1 for Pancyprian.
