Match RECAP:  Williamsburg International FC III

Another windy spring day at Randall's Island. Another goalfest between these two teams. Shariq RIzvi scored in the first minute, getting in behind the backline and slotting home. NYC AlphaStars responded with a ball out wide, nice cross and finish at the back post. Williamsburg fought back with a goal from Rahail Khan, who took a throw in and looped the ball over the keeper into the opposite corner. Myko Pierre made it 3-1 with a brilliant free kickfrom about 25 yards out. NYC Alpha Stars pegged one back before the end of the half, with a similar play down the opposite side of the field. The second half was all NYC AlphaStars. With a growing wind at their backs they peppered Williamsburg's keeper Casey Tucker, who made some fantastic saves to keep things tight. But in the end Williasmburg couldn't do enough to keep NYC AlphaStars at bay, as they scored 3 second half goals.
