NCYSA, the state organization for youth soccer, recognizes the following age groups for the 2015-2016 soccer year. Triangle United follows these state (and national) guidelines for soccer age groups.

Triangle United at Woodcroft combines age groups to form Coed recreational leagues, and has the following groups: U4, U5, U6, U8, U10, U12, & U15.
