Match RECAP: Hamburg FC This was one of the weirdest games I think I've ever been a part of in BDSL. We had a ton of people out on vacations and injury, had to completely change our setup because most of them were starters. We started sloppy and gave up a PK right away followed up by anotehr quick goal. After that we calmed down and had the majority of possession for the rest of the game. The big news out of this game is the INSANE saves their keeper made. I'm talking we are in the six for a tap in and this guy dives across with the power of the gods. As alluded to from the twitter notes, this goalie literally stopped or interrupted 50 chances.... on-net shots, point blank shots, crosses, chips, the fucking whole shabang. Just shows how important it is to avoid starting sloppy like that, because sometime you'll run into a demon in net. Our only goal of course came from the worst looking attempts out there. Zacharczyk tossed it in to Mol on the back line, Mol popped it up and headed it backwards into the net. Thank the Lord that we get everyone back for the rest of the year because playing without the rest of the boys sucked. On to a tough Outlaw team.
